Ajio — wrong product delivered and not getting resolution to return-return id[protected]

I ordered a plazzo and kurta and I did not receive right product and the order which I received is defected. I raised a complaint regarding this but I am not getting any resolution from customer care . it's been almost 2 weeks and I am only getting messages that attempt was unsuccessful. Also every time when I call customer care they hung up on me .
