Few days back, I ordered a co-ord set from Ajio. ID : #RT[protected] The item delivered was completely wrong and unconvincing. After several calls, e-mails and attempts of return there was absolutely no help from the customer care executives. They claimed to have delivered the right product. Though when asked for a detailed report of the investigation they failed to provide any sort of information on the same. They won't return my money back. Nor they're willing to exchange the product. I have been through enough harassment and this surely requires legitimate compensation. I hereby attach all the necessary screenshots of the emails and the crap they delivered in the name of my desired product.
