I placed an order online thruough the ajio app for 2 clothing pieces - 1 top and another tunic kurta for which the order id # ex[protected] total amt rs 673.50. I registered my first complaint for this in may 2019 and post that followed up several times on the issue. There was no resolution from ajio on the same they kept deflecting the matter saying âoh product hasnt reached warehouse, technical issues, our systems doesnt allow us to do manual pickup etc etcâ a whole lot of # given. And each time it was me calling them up. The customer service people always said oh we will solve the matter and call you back, our seniors are working in it we will resolve this and get back to u by etc dates given multiple times! But not a single call back came through. The app is not fit and equipped to solve customer problems and running such a big ecommerce site it is just cheating its customers and retained their money by no refund no response and just getting people stuck in their big scamming online shopping site.
I would like to register a complaint against this online company for cheating and fraudulent sale of wrong products and not solving the issues within stipulated timelines.in which course iv had to be paying several call charges made to them and being on longggg holds call almost being on for 20..40 mins just waiting for a solution.
Disgusting plz ensure there is a strict action taken against them.
