Ajith — Flight Ticket amount not Refunded

My name is Ajith Sunny I booked flight ticket (LCUB4K) GO First Flight on 28th March 2022 from Cochin to Sharjah. But unfortunately flight cancelled because of flight company. So I cancelled ticket through GO FIRST website. Until now I didn't get refund amount.
