Akaracapl — Dispute Personal Loan Account

Hi Team,

Pls help me to clear dispute personal loan account witch effecting my Cibil score.

Need in help to clear fake personal loan account which displaying in my Cibil score as a overdue (16, 608rs) . Sanctioned Amount showing (2700rs) Date Opened / Disbursed (11/02/2019). On the loan open date i was not in country and i traveled to Philippines due to company work travel. I request to help to clear since in Cibil it showing suited file. Need to clear this loan which i not aware of this, if not possible to clear at list need a way to pay the overdue amount. Below are the loan account details.
