[Resolved]  Akbar Travels — New Agent Id Activation Cancellation request for irctc and akbar portal( Ph No- [protected])

I am really very disappointed about the sales team coordination for the new agent id. I paid 2399/- for a new agent id sales person said ac class commission is Rs, upto 40 rs. and sl class upto 20 rs, and force me to pay the amount on an immediate basis otherwise i am not able to get the id within 24 hrs. That's Why i paid immediately without any checking further, but after 24 hrs when i not get my agent it i called customer care today then they clearly said i get only 50% commission means for ac class 20/- and sl class Rs. 10/- only there is no chance for get higher amount as a commission. And sales team not tell that after payment there is no option for refund if you not satisfy then your money is gone without any reason.

So I am not interested in the id as per this scenario . please don't do that type of force sell or miss sell over the phone. In the business we need total clarity and transparency.
I request you to please do the needful and refund my money to me. otherwise i need to take another legal action against to the company.
