[Resolved]  Akbartravelsonline.com — False commitment / Higher rates / Poor customer service

I booked 08 return tickets for Delhi to Cochin (Reference # AT[protected] from your website on 22.07.2014 for Rs.98302.00. Since I had to book 11 tickets, I sent a mail to your [protected]@akbartravelsonline to provide discounted rates for group ticketing from mail id – [protected]@yahoo.com. I have myself called at phone numbers[protected] and[protected] around 10-12 times and talked to different executives (Lincy, Sahiba, Salih etc) and conveyed my requirement. But I think all that was a sheer of my time, efforts and money. No response was received from your side. This clearly shows lack of coordination between your staff / departments and poor customer-service. Finally, I had to book only 08 tickets (retail booking) online which costed me Rs.12288.00 per ticket. My local travel agent had agreed to charge Rs. 11000.00 per ticket on 22.07.2014. I lost the offer also on account of false commitment of low rates (Rs.10500.00) for bulk ticket booking by your staff and further delay / lapse of time caused due to non-response from your side. Moreover, I had to book onward & return tickets from difference Airlines. This was an example of false commitment / poor quality of services. Thus, instead of getting best price for the tickets, I was forced to pay around Rs.1800.00 higher per ticket. And you have charges Rs.1000.00 as convenience charges for the high level of inconvenience caused to me. I am really disappointed with your poor services / customer handling and will neither use your website again nor recommend it to anyone.
