Akosha.com — Dissatisfaction of services of mi xiaomi

To whomsoever it may concern,

Kindly refer to the subject cited above, it is humbly stated that i am a regular customer of the xiomi india and have bought many electronic appliances either from your offline store or online in the past. Recently i have bought mi tv described on invoice as "mi led tv 4a pro-123.2 cm full hd android tv ' from amazon.in for inr 29, 999 order dated 10.11.2018 with order number[protected] having invoice number sdeb-68227 dated 10.11.2018.

That the tv model described above was under the warranty period for 2 years and is still in continuation under the said period. It worked in good manner for around 1 year from purchase but has started giving trouble in its proper working as some dark cut lines are on the display whenever we turn on the television.

That i tried to reach the customer care department for resolving the issues. However, i was not satisfied with the after sales services as the customer care executive did not showcase any interests in dealing with the issue and was making mockery of my concern. After continuous requests to the after sales service executive, they find it correct to send one technician to look into the problem. However, the technician tried to make an escape from his responsibility by making vague statements and trying to impose the burden upon us for the bad performance of the appliance.

That as stated above the appliance was under warranty period and was in good case for the replacement of the product. The technician failed to do the need full and left the case as it is. Also the technician took back the new model of the appliance along with him knowingly that it was the fit case of replacement.

That the action of the customer sales executive and the technician was insulting and beyond expectations. It is apparently clear that the company takes their customers for granted and does not showcase any seriousness in redressing the grievances. The case cited above is fit for"deficiency in service" under section 2 (1) (G) of the consumer protection act.

I think defect in the product might be some manufacturing defect which mistakenly passed the quality check process and therefore giving trouble. I know you are in this business for many years and xiomi is the most trustworthy company when it comes to electronics. I, therefore request you to kindly replace my mi led tv so that my trust in the brand name will not be shaken. I am enclosing the copy of the invoice of purchase of the product for kind perusal.
