Hi,
I Lalit Dewangan placed an order in Flipkart.
I ordered AC on 13th April.
I used my credit card for it.
In my area lockdown started from 15/16 April.
I was waiting for my order. Before credit card bill generation o called customer care to confirm whether they can deliver the product or not. They said they will do today 7PM or 9PM. This ans I got 3-4 days back to back. During this time credit card bill with 1st EMi came and I paid that. After few days Flipkart cancelled the order without informing me and refunded only base price (deduction of No cost EMI).
So I wasted my 20-25 days in tracking the order.
So much energy.
And 500Rs extra.
Now customer care is not giving proper resolution, without proper resolution they are disconnecting the call.
I want my money + extra compensation because I trusted Flipkart and wasted so much energy.
