Dear team, I have received a notice from tata capital financial services, stating that i have taken a personal loan from tata capital financial services and failed to adhere the terms and condition of the loan agreement by not making the payment of the outstanding amount in time. But the fact is i am paying the emi amount on time without any delay till date.. I want to clarify that, no repeated request, reminder or any personal visit done by any executive from tata financial services at my place. How can one send me a notice if the emi amount is autodebiting from my account through ecs payments.? I asked tata capital executives to verify the documents from their end, current month also the amount has been debited from my account without any discrepancies. Please find the attached notice received from you for your kind perusal. I am also working in a tata enterprise, but i am surprised, how one can send notice without proper verification.
