I have booked a parcel of garments on 11th oct 2021 at Erode futuremart and received the damaged parcel of garments today only(15.10.2021). I discovered that some garment packages had been opened, as well as two missing boxes valued Rs. 1200 INR. I received the goods from the Viluppuram branch of the old bus stand, and the representative from that branch mistreated me and was utterly irresponsible, refusing to respond to my questions.
