Akr Express — Wrong Bill made and Snatched double the cost

Hi, My dad couriered a bycycle thru your parcel service from Aruppukottai to Kanchipuram. One of your Staff put bill (bill attached no. Q130437) as 40kg at Rs.1032 which is more than double the time.
When we enquiried about this, we did receive poor response from them.
Kindly check and do the needful for our reimbursement of extra charges.
