Sir today me with my son visited to the akshaya centre at old post office junction, karakulam for the renewal of mmy sons adar. I reached there at 12 pm and they informed us to wait their after writing name and ph in their seniority register. Alot of people were waiting there. Iam waited till 5 pm. Afther that the staff informed me that come tomorrow, today the time is over. I wait 5 hours there, but they did not informed us early that today it s not possible. Like me many other people return back with out doing their work. We all wasted our time their. So i approach to the co ordinator and ask him that if that work should not possible then why should they inform as earlier. He replied me that they have no right to inform us. I think this is going as a regular procedure in that akshaya centre that first they informed the costomer to wait and after the functioning time before doing the favour.
