Alagappa University — not issuing PG certificate

I ( Dhanya Mary Jose : Enrollment no[protected] ; course MBA hospital management) completed my MBA in hospital management from alagappa university through distance mode but university not issuing my original PG certificate. They are telling that I was not attended one subject. But I wrote that exam on dec 2010 . but they not published that subject result of me. So I complained to controller on 17/03/2011 itself. And I received reply from controller of exam on 27/04/2011 that I scored 57 marks. So I passed that subject based on the letter received from controller of exam on 27/04/2011. Now while I requested for PG certificate, they are asking for the proof. So I gave the copy of letter that received from controlled on 17/03/2011 to the registrar and controller of exam. Again now they are asking for the proof. The proof ( letter from controller) I already submitted. But now its one year after completing my course. By this wrong attitude of controller of exam, that I had not received my cumulative marklist and original PG certificate till time. The university authoritiea are not telling why they are denying my certificate even after producing all the proof. As I passed all the papers; till this time I had not received the cumulative mark list, provisional certificate or original certificate for MBA. I remained and informed the same over phone, mail and letter to the concerned officials many times . But no action has been taken by the concerned authority till this time to issue the certificates. As I need to submit my certificate to go abroad with hospital management qualification. My all career is loosing with the wrong attitude of the concerned authority of alagappa university.
