Sir, Near my home(2nd Bharathiar Street, Palavanthangal) there is an empty land. The land is kept empty and in the empty land people dumping garbage's due to this huge foul smell and rats and other insects are coming to my house. I would like to request you to kindly take action on the land owner as he is not at all coming and checking his land and not cleaning the garbage's, trees and plants.
