Ali Express — not able to get my refund!

I have uploaded photo evidence as you can refer to disturb history. Aliexpress say i never uploaded evidence and finished the disbute with unfair judgement. No refund and told me to keep the junks! This is so ridiculous aliexpress, it’s a scam! Neverever buy from this seller ‘koko racing’ they will guarantee everything and never deliver their promise.

I have waited given time line but didn't receive the package so i asked to refund for that they refuse to refund and my account blocked i ordered 3 Items in the this account now they are not refunding my money also i didn't receive my packages so i am totally dis-pointed can you please help me on this.
