I brought this from alliexpress and due to some issue my custom they returned this it original sender. Now i not receive this product and my account suspended to open dispute i not able to claim my refund. Also i made request to active my account so i can open dispute but no reply getting from alliexpress.
Always i need to explain that i not get this product and not able to open dispute so please help. This is not small amount it's 245$.
Now service executive always telling me wait for 2-5 days and i am waiting for more then 15 days. No reply from alliexpress.
Now i fill like they all are fraud. My very last communication they provide me below to case id.

Please help me to get my refund.

I will dispute my order on same day now five days gone still didn't receive refund
And I message to seller but seller didn't reply please give me a feedback as soon as possible
