Fraud by alibaba india - we purchased 1 year premium gold supplier membership on alibaba india on 22 march 2016, for which we paid rs. 73, 399/- as full fee to itech ecommerce company, building no. 21 kaushambi ghaziabad 201001. The agent in charge is ankit israni [protected]@itechecommerce.com +91 [protected], noida sector-2, c91 & c92. Our alibaba id is [protected].
Upon using it for 4 months, we repeatedly found out that 100% leads on alibaba india were fake. The portal has only fake leads. We brought this to notice of ankit israni and alibaba china. Upon pursuing, olivia [protected]@service. Alibaba.com from global gold customer service of alibaba repeatedly told ankit israni to take the refund case urgently.
Now, not only is all team of alibaba india refusing to refund us, but placing the blame on us, saying the agreement did not mention refund.
We plead for help on the case in getting us refund from alibaba india.

Since Feb 19, i placed almost 9 orders from Ali express but till date i received only one order. Your tracking system doesn't give details or contact number of local courier also.
