[Resolved] Aliens Developers — Not delivered the flat as promised | |||
I have booked flat in 2009 in Aliens space station 1, Thellapur. They have promised me to deliver the flat in 3 years with a grace period of 6 months. According to that they should deliver by 2013 but still the construction has not been started. They are asking to move to another tower where there is progress but charging me huge costs with respect to difference in sft and huge costs for upgraded specifications. Not giving me any option other option rather than accepting their cost or wait for another 3 -4 years. Please help me on this. Was this information helpful? | |||

How are you going to take care of this case? Can you please post on this forum if you will be giving the money along with the interest within the next one year? I have had enough interaction with your sales people to state that you have no interest in customer care.
