Alka — Hire Yoga instructor paid money but no classes were taken

Hello

I was looking for Yoga instructor and hired
Dr. Dev from Paschim Puri (Which he told us) for the same from urban clap..

He came first day, took class and asked to pay half amount of 3k--, which i paid him but just after two classes, he never turned up to take any classes. Tried reaching out his provided Mobile no.[protected].but he is asking to increase the class money. He is not taken further any classes and not return money.

I have no evidences of paying amt because he will take money in cash and asked us to give us slip for the same.

I never believe to deals online services, first time I do and having loss of my money.

I had complaint here but not sure I will get any solution or any action will taken against him.
Further I advice to people don't believe to take services thru online website, just take services near to home or person which you know.

Please let me know how can i take this forward
