Dear sir/madam
Good evening

Rs 5000 is deducted from my allahabad account (Atm card no : [protected]) due to some electrical issue in atm of sbi sehatpur 112 (Atm number) on 10 june 2016 at 19:04 pm and no cash is received by me at that time.
Please register my complaint and take some appropriate action.
