Allahabad Bank — harassment with Customer

My complain is about mehnajpur (u.p.) branch. I was freadup while withdrawing cash from this branch. Manager itself is not supporting us. He Allowed many person to withdraw and deposit cash from being the Windows but not attending to costumer who stand in que since 3-4 hrs. After taking objection he is not taking able to take any action. How will trust people who is in need o[censored]rgent
