Dear Allahabad Bank Team, Myself Santosh Kunar Trigun S/o Smt. Shanti Trigun would like to draw your attention towards this issue of Ignorant, Careless, Lacklustre response in dealing with the customers who all have the savings account at the Branch of Rajpur with Address Rajpur P.O. Hitwa Rajpur, Dist-Buxar-802122. Reason why I am stating this is shared below. My mother's Pension Savings account is [protected] Her debit card got expired in the month of February 2016 in the 1st week itself and on last week of February dated 23-Feb-16 she requested to issue her a debit card by visiting the branch they said they do not have it ? This incident happened when my mother who is a respected senior citizen traveled down and covered a long distance to reach the branch from Kolkata to Bihar She asked them to issue a cheque book to me they said they do not have it . She wanted to deposit an application for these requests but they refused to accept it and provide a receipt of acceptance My question is if they do not have these basic serviceable items with them then why the branch is not getting closed ? Why the public is being invited to run from one pole to another pole . Kindly look into it asap as till now no one from this respective branch has called me and shared my Debit Card and the PIN Code . I will be forced to take this public media and raise this to the highest level if my appeal at this forum is not heard and taken seriously . If at any point of time you feel that this is a story and not a fact I may submit her requested letter signed and scanned for your better and clear understanding. Brack against which I have raised the complaint they do not have any proper land line or any contact number to reach them.
