Allahabad Bank — improper functioning and no proper response to a/c holders

Sir, i transferred an amt of rs. 11, 000/- from my a/c in allhabad bank, sunder nagar, raipur, chhattisgarh to an a/c in sbi on 09/05/2018 through imps vide net banking. My amount was dr. But not cr.in the a/c in sbi. I tried to contact customer care of allahabad bank and the related branch, but no response. Then i went physically to the branch. Yet tranction not completed. An installment is to be recovered from the a/c in sbi.in such case, the installment cannot be recovered from the a/c in time, the fine will be levied, the goodwill of a/c holder will be black listed, mental problem is being faced, and many more. Who will be liable and who will fullfill the claim pls? Request to direct allahabad bank, sunder nagar, raipur, chhattisgarh to complete the transaction at the earliest.
