Allahabad Bank — Transaction remained unsuccessful but the money got deducted

On 19 th November initiated a transaction online through my credit card but after I entered the OTP it suddenly got disconnected and the transaction was not successful as the receiver does receiver the money but the amount 1200/- was debited from my account in Allahabad bank, dakhineswar brach. when will I get my refund in my account? please provide me the refund as soon as possible.
