Allahabad Bank — withdrawing the money from Allahabad bank debit card

Someone called up from Allahabad Bank, Pune Branch asking for the details of debit card which has to be expired in June 2015. He asked my debit card number and CVV no.for issuing new debit card. I have given all the information asked by him. but he was fraud and he used this number for online shopping from 16th to 18th June 2015 for approximately Rs.20, 000/-.
