To, Nagar Ayukt, Sir I and my brothers live in a house no 408/467, Bakhshi Bazar, Allahabad-211003 supply connection under Moied market. One of my brother passed away in 2007. We have filed an application to stop the water connection under his name but no action has been taken since then and unauthorized people (some shopkeepers under our house are using it regularly). Bill is always forwarded to us and we are forced by the Jal Nigam authority....
