I am dada chavan from baramati We have taken admission of my son harshad chavan in allen institute swargette pune. Due to covid 19 we want to cancel our admission. We want money refund. Verified Support Jul 13, 2020 ALLEN Career Institute Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Dada Chavan, This is in reference to your complaint posted on https://www.consumercomplaints.in where by you had requested a money refund pursuant to the cancellation of the admission of your son Harshad Chavan. We wish to inform you that your son's classes started on[protected] and hence the last refund date for availing money refund was[protected]. This information was already available to you as per the fee challan given to you upon receipt of admission fees by our institute. It is also available in the course booklet provided to you at the time of the admission and also the refund rules and procedure are available online on our website. However your complaint and request for refund was received by us on[protected], which is well past the last refund date. Further, your request for refund was not made as per our requisite procedure on our refund application form (which is available online on our website). Hence your request for refund cannot be entertained. | |

I had taken admission in january in class 11th (allen mohali), few days later I thought I would change to 12th but they doesn't allow me, it is impossible they said so i asked for refund. They said don't take refund we will put you in 12th class after a month when online class startes they said you can't give online class, I have not taken any classes over a month. Now my request is to activate my online classes or refund my fees

Sir I am a student of allen career institute kota i want refund of allen career institute but they deducted 40000 rupees . My class starts from 4th june 2022 and today date is 19th june 2022 . Sir they deducted 40000 ruppess sir please take action against allen career institute kota

Next day is the starting of batch and i don't known there is network problem in my place so i contact allen to withdraw from allen online classes and apply for refund
But after a week i got only 75000 and 20000 is deducted
This is illegal because if i don't attendend any class ao why is this deduction
I want yo raise a complaint against allen for stealing money from refund
