I have recently purchased a power bank from allhit bazaar for 399 on september 8, 2015 the good is not working at all. I have filed a return request but there is no response from them, they said they will call in 24-48 hours but no response... my order details::: orderno:-[protected] order date:-2/9/2015...

Ordered Samsang power bank and cloths on 5-Aug-15 and 14-Aug-15. But we received defective power banks and used cloths. Gave return request on 20-Aug-15. But till now No response from customer care, not even received any mail or sms too. No one turned up to receive the defective items....

I have purchased Sony 10000mah powerbank from all hit bazaar. But it not charging my mobile having 2300mah battery once fully. It charges mobile once upto 50% then discharges. Ordered the MI 20400 Mah powerbank product from allhitbazar.com.. This is a cheating company worst consumer company ever.. They dont even ans the calls and respond to the email. Given many calls n emails regarding the cancellation of order.. No response. My MI 20400 got burned when i connected it to power for the first time to charge. I ordered a MI 20400 Mah powerbank from allhitbazar.com on 08/07/2015. This got delivered to me on 17/07/2015. When i opened the parcel it was 10000 Mah sony powerbank with no power backup. I asked for a instant return through their said procedure since then they are not responding to my call, not reverting through mails as well.
I paid 600 rupees for the same and its been almost a month but i haven't received their call/mail...
