Alliance Aviation Ltd — Delayed Baggage

I flew with Alliance Air from Bhuj to Mumbai on 10/03/2023 PNR E8XGW4 FLIGHT 9I 626.

This flight was late taking off by over 20 min and also on arrival in Mumbai the my baggage was further delayed by nearly one hour with no explanation or any of their employees around to speak to about my situation.

Consequently, we missed my international flight scheduled departure PNR
TC6SQ2 (MISSED FLIGHT) BA138 departure 13, 15hrs 10/03/23.

I had to purchase three new tickets with Air India PNR 6ULMSX (NEW TICKETS) AI 131 Departure 07.00hrs 11/03/23 at a cost of GBR £3140.00.
I have contacted the company on many occasions without proper response. I need compensation for that sum.

Below given copy of email to them.

''This unfortunate event happened on 10th March 2023. On my return here in the UK, I had written an email to your customer support on 12/03/23
and there was an automated reply followed by email from Sushant Kumar who advised me the matter has been passed on to the relevant Department.
I have heard nothing from this department as yet.''

I would be most obliged if you can get some answers from them.
