Alliance Infrastructure Projects / Alliance Group — Booking amount not refunded after cancellation

I have booked a flat for 2 lakh with Urbanrise Alliance Group of Company Padur Chennai. (urbanrise manhattan condos).

I canceled the booking within 5 days from the date of booking (31st May 2022) and still, the booking amount has not been refunded.
