Alpfly — not providing ticket on booking request

We had made a request on the system, which has been accepted readily, had it not been accepted, i would have placed the request for 1st of november 2017. So, there has been no extra effort or any special consideration or favour from your end.

Earlier the request was made for 27/10/17, which you people denied stating a holiday 'chat puja', which was not mentioned in the list of holidays provided at the time of purchasing the plan.

And, further as per your policy you're supposed to provide the travel itinerary 48 hours before the date of travel, here you have called and let us know about the plan only at 5:30 pm, which is less than even 12 hours from the date of departure.

Hence, to bring to your clear notice and for your records, the request is not closed, and you are still bound to provide me with a travel ticket from ixc to bbi for travel on 02/11/17 which also reaches the destination on 02/11/17.
