He is cheated 734 candidates.
Every candidate paid money 1.75 lakh for Denmark, Germany, Austria job, .

9 months over.
He did not issue visa, no refund money, even he did not give passport to candidates .

He did not send up no one candidate to abroad job.

She is also totally fraud.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to inform you that I (Jose Paul) resident of Bhopal Madhya Pradesh signed agreement with Mr.Khanthil Shah Managing director with office at beach heaven2, shopno.12, next to palm grove hotel, Juhu tara road, Mumbai-400049 on 7th May 2015 That they will be providing work permit for Germany for 2 years and extendable for another two years in 60 workings days on following breaks mentioned :
Total amount: 350000
Registration Amount: 35000
On offer letter : 140000
On visa: 175000
Now I ended up paying 175000 (Registraion Offer Letter) so far they did not give any visa and still postponing dates after dates. When I insisted to provide me any confirmation receipt whether my passport submitted to embassy for visa they started avoiding my mails and calls and no updates form them.
When I visited Mumbai, Alytus Adviser registered office in Juru tara road is closed and I came to know that the office is shifted to office no915, 9th floor, samartha aiashwarya, B.Wing, off link road andheri west Mumbai. When I reached there I come to know that there were at least a dozen candidates with similar work permit offering waiting for Mr Khantil Shah to report to office for cancelling and refunding the amount taken But he is absconding from office for a long time and not responding to any registered candidates call and messages.
In the office only one female employer was there waiting for her two months salary she has no idea about the status of our visa passport and money on top of that there were few bouncers employed if anyone does any kind of misdeed.
Sir this is a clear case of fraud request to you is to take the matter seriously and take the action a.s.a.p. before they disappear with passport and money of thousands of innocent unemployed candidates and make their life more miserable.
