The service is very poor of AM Hyundai, Bye Pass Road Jammu and for the sale office at Gandhi Nagar. I had purchased a vehicle santro JK02CJ 2520 in 2020 from AM hyundai Gandhi Nagar, Jammu . Firstly after a year i went to gandhi nagar office for renewal of insurance policy but despite my vist i had to renew the insurance policy from sri ram insurance as staff did not respond in-scortching heat. Besides, when i filed a claim on 9th of sugust 2018, it was simply a change of bumper but on the one pretext or another they are not giving vehicle after 20 days. It is totally harassment from hyundai AM and their functioning at Jammu. Please take necessary action. Was this information helpful? |
