Amandeep Singh — delhi to chandigarh punbus volvo (misbehaviour by conductor and driver

Dear sir,

I boarded punbus volvo from
New delhi to chandigarh at 2:50 pm. Today 30/4/2019

Ticket no: 00118600

I want to complain about the bad behavior of bus conductor and the driver, when i was about to deboard from bus, conductor asked me to enter inside below the bus to pick my luggage.

I requested him that i am too healthy to bend and enter below the bus to pick my luggage. Suddenly the conductor started shouting on me that i am not a coolie and bus tumhare baap ki nahi hai.

Being an educated citizen i told them to talk politely, suddenly sardarji bus driver came into the scene and started pushing me by saying thappad na kha li tu and he pushed me,

Ii was shocked to see this in fact people who were standing and watching also came and stopped them that you both are doing wrong you are public servants and you should be polite.

I told them that i will complain to higher authorities about your behavior, they said asi ni darrde kise de peo ton tu hun nibbdd lai ethe hi.

Dear sir i am really really dissapointed with the behaviour of this bus staff. I am frequent traveller to pb roadways haryana roadways volvo and ordinary buses, being an punjabi i always prefer and love to travel in pb roadways but the way i have been assaulted today i am literally crying and now i am afraid to travel in these pb volvo buses. This kind of attitude of conductor and the driver is not at all acceptable.

Please take some actions about this complaint i request you. Please take strict action against these both conductor and driver,
