Amar Chitra Katha — non receipt of tinkle subscriptions

I booked a one year subscription for Tinkle magazine with Amar chitra katha on their website. I was supposed to start receiving my monthly subscription from September but till date not one has reached me. They say that all the subscription orders are sent through book post, but I am not able to believe that in 2 months, not one of 4 magazine (fortnightly magazine) has managed to reach me. I live in New Delhi, which is not a difficult place to reach for postal department. On complaining, the publication house asked me to pay additional amount so they can send it through courier. This is infuriating since they never mentioned the courier option before or that book posts never reach customers while placing the order for subscription. I want them to resolve my issue or pay me back.
