Im highly disappointed with the harrowing experience i had with such a giant ecommerce like amazon.
I had saved my credit card details on amazon which was compromised and apart from the amazon pay money that was wiped out of my account, the hacker placed another order through amazon.com using the credit card details that i had saved on amazon.in
Pfb the message i received to which no one from amazon.in agreed to help me. I was asked to contact amazon.com
Alert: you've spent rs.1973.54 on credit card xx2441 at amzn mktp us on[protected]:14:05:54.
Amazon.com is not answering any calls and even though i have left a message for the team regarding my concern, i have no clue whether my money will be refunded or not. I was forced to block my credit card in the fear that there would b anymore transactions from my account.
Can you imagine my plight? With a 18month old baby and 2 elderly in laws dependent on me, how will i survive till i get a new card? Which will take approximately a weeks time to be delivered considering the covid 19 and the lockdown.
You really think a gift card of rs 300 something can make up for the stressful 3 hours i had first contacting amazon and then blocking my credit card and then trying to contact amazon.com in vain? It has caused lot of stress and unrest and i want amazon to reimburse me for that
Im going to sue amazon for compromising my account. This is the worst experience anyone could ever expect from amazon Was this information helpful? |
