Amazon India — amazon refund issues!

On 25th may 2020,
I purchased a gas stove worth rs 3449/-, but later on the order got cancelled and refund got initiated by amazon side with refund reference 892470. But its 1 st of june today i haven't received my refund yet.

I have called amazon customer support allot of times but i haven"t got any response yet. They are just saying that they have initiated my refund but i haven't received it yet.

As i told my amazon account is registered with [protected] and
Tashu arora is the name on my account.
Email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

Kindly resolve my issue.
