Good day sir,
I made a purchase worth Rs 6299 from amazon which was later canceled and money is to be refunded to my account.
I later had a conversation with amazon customer service, where they provided me details that money has been refunded on 12 feb 2022 at 1:28 pm via transaction no- HSBCN[protected].
When checked in my account pass book details, no such transaction is showing up.
Please kindly look into this
