I have purchased an blood pressure monitor HEM-7600T in october 2018 with 5 years India Warranty. Since day 1, the product was failing to register and the reading was incorrect. I connected with Omron and they said me to register the product for warranty claim. However the serial number of the product sold was counterfeit and not a valid product in India.
I am in toch with Amazon with all valid details, however Amazon is saying the warranty is owned by Omron and they don't have anything to do in this case.
They are also adament saying they are selling genuine product. When the product is getting refused by OMRON itself.
There is no movement on this and I am looking for compensation and refund for the negligence done by Amazon for life support products. Was this information helpful? |
