I ordered a Product (Car Trunk Mat) from Amazon on Oct 7, and the product was supposed to be delivered yesterday (12th Oct 2023).
But without informing me the product status showing now in the app is "Returning to Seller".
regarding the same, I have called Amazon Customer Care and complained about the same on the delivery hub. they told me that they will escalate the same to the delivery hub and get back.
in the meantime, I have contacted the hub in charge, and he told me that the Delivery agent did it by mistake and will check with the delivery agent.
today again one more product was supposed to be delivered to me, so I called the Number which is provided on the app for the delivery agent. In the same call, I enquired about the returning product. For that, the delivery agent told me that, a hub in charge refused to provide the vehicle to deliver the product since it cannot carry in a 2-wheeler.
after this conversation, I called the hub in charge again, and this time he told me he could not deliver the products that could not be carried by bike to the Village Areas. We have to go and collect the product from their feasible location.
He made a conclusion that, if you want you can raise a complaint to customer care also, will talk to them.
My question, if the Door delivery for the large products is not happening to the village areas, why the Amazon app is showing can be delivered?
