Amazon India — cashback not credited

Hi, i have joined prime membership on 4th oct as there was some offer to get 20% casback upto 300inr if you add up money to your amazon pay on same day

After subscribing prime when i tried to add money. I got some error. I intimated same thing to you on same day and they promised me that i will be still eligible for offer once they fix it.

I took two confirmation on mail for same from your end. Later it was fixed on 9th in night and i got mail for same around 8:40 so when i seen that mail on next day. I again enquired same thing on call with your associate and he again committed that yes sir you are eligible as it had been committed to you as she checked. So after confirmation i added 1500 to my account.

Later i called up on 26th oct for confirmation that amount has not been credited than that guy told me that sir dont worry, it will be credited to your account by 28th nov.

I waited and on 29th again called up, than associate told me that we are forwarding case to associate who committed to process and it will reflect in your account within 24 hours.

Still nothing i again called on 31st oct and associate told me yes he can see complain for that and he is arranging a callback from department which will do needfull within 2 hours but i have not recieved any even next day.

Still to my surprise after 3 commitment i am still at same place. I again called up on 1st nov and asked associate to transfer call to supervisor. He transferred call to mr jaswinder who told me he is speaking from eaclation desk.

This was one of the second longest on call of my career. I wasted 53min of my life for same. He told yes sir it has been committed to you and i am processing it in your account just now and than he put me on hold. After that when he came back, he started debating that amount has been already credited in your account. I told him that amount he is talking about of 301inr is a refund of purchase which i had issue but he still persisted with his thought than to make him clear i switched on my lappy and told him about my order id and to read comments aginst it. Finally after long converstauon he again agreed and told me that he is processing cashback with in next minute which might take 4 hours to reflect in my account and in next minute i will recieve a confirmation on mail too for same.

But later in morning next day still i have not got any credition and even a mail too. I was really frustrated of this behaviour because its like clearly a cheating and harrasment that i am going through.4th time you have provided a timeline which passed and still your associate ignored such a long conversation to make him realise that he was wrong which he later admitted on call also

Now for me cashback has become second priorty and action against that guy mr jaswinder is on top because how can he ignore such a matter like that. Are there no tracking for same in amazon.

I called up on 2nd nov again to have longest conversation of my life of more than 80min. For me my main problem is that i have to explain whole thing again and agin to everyone and this was my 6th call for same matter. I asked associate to transfer call to his supervisor. It was done but this new supervisor baught something new to table. He asked sir on same day when you purchase prime you need to purchase something else also although as such nothing is there in t&c and i know he was wrong too but i also i did purchase something else on that day. I think he was not aware about it. I guess your associate don't have order history available with them because same thing happened with jaswinder. I need to provide my order history and all to them myself. Than i asked him to transfer call to his supervisor so mr nand kishore came on line and i asked him to take action against mr jaswinder and let me know for same. He said thats our internal and he wont let me anything that has been done. But how can i make sure if you are not intimating me about it. You might not do anything but i am the one who went through such harrasment. Secondly he said that he will take against those who provided wrong commitment. I think there were in total 8 people who committed me that my cashback will be provided as if you check whole above conversation. Will you take action against all? Also he is saying 8 associate are wrong and he is right. Now come to point what he mean, he said that you need to add money in 5th oct only for eligibility. I told him but still issue was not fixed from your end for which i again marked mail on 5th but he insisted that its your problem if you are not able to add up money. Let me know how i am wrong here. I marked a mail on 4th that i am having issue and than again on 5th i replied still issue is persisting and you fix that issue on 9th. Than how is it possible for me to add up by 5th. Also two approval on mail you have provided that for later addition you will credit it manually. Before adding on same day i took commitmrnt from your associate on call and she also said it will be credited to your account but i was frustrated what your mr manager thoughts were. He has no issue from his team for 8 wrong commitment and he is proving me wrong that if our service is not working. I have to bear loss for same. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in any customer care and that too is from manager of your esclation department.

If you read whole thing you will came to know how much i went through, how many timeline & commitments you have provided. Seriously i will be going stop by step to make your realise what you have done. All the proofs that i have will come handy soon. I am such a online guy that if i require anything, i try to use online for everything instead of doing it manually but i never had such terrible experience with any other service provider but you ruined it in a big way. Seriously i never expected from amazon to be fair but i don't know what happened.

My priorties are-

Action against mr jaswinder your supervisor from esclation and i need written mail of it.

Have word with your manager mr nand kishore esclation manager-he need to understand how much client has went through and need to listen him before judging and making a prospective. He cant say his whole team provided a wrong committment. This is unbearable atvany cost.

Process my cashback of 300inr

Really i can mention so much more but it will be just waste of my time only. More than 4 hours i was on call with your associate for same concern. Dont know how many mails have been shooted which all went in vein.
