I’ve placed an order for a Clark’s shoe in Amazon with the order ID[protected], due to size issue I’ve exchanged the product with the order ID[protected]. As the quality of the product wasn’t meeting the expectation I’ve initiated the return request, the Amazon pick up agent picked up my own good in stead, and they never returned it back I’ve contacted Amazon Customer service regarding, they’re unresponsive as usual, therefore I’ve decided to contact their twitter handle, they initiated the return for actual product, now they’ve picked up my own goods and their product but they’re not initiating the refund. Pls help.
