Amazon India — i am not recieving meterial from blu dart corriar

I ordered dell E1914H 18.5" monitor on[protected] and Amazon sent the above material on[protected]. On[protected] at the time 18:03 the courier of BLUDART person call to me through the phone No.[protected] for delivery of the order material, but at the time am in market and I told you come after 30Min. After 15min i called to the courier office or person of the same No.[protected], the person told you come & collect the material at our office, I ask if you deliver tomorrow?[protected] The person say yes. But I am not receive any call or communication from them. In the mean time I receive a message from amazon.in ( order could not be delivered as addressee was not available.) But I dialed over to the No.[protected]. ten times from the morning but they are not respond to my phone. this is not good way to give service to the customer. thank You, P.Satyanarayana Cell: [protected]
