I bought the order no.[protected] from the amazon.in on 6th may 2019 for rs.29030 from vivo v15 pro mobile phone and after the problem in the mobile phone i filled a complaint three times on 10th may 15th may 18th may, but the return window closed on 20may, 2019. And my phone did not return. And once again on october 17, requested from amazon but he refused to return, so i pray to the hon'ble consumer court that i should be brought to justice Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 17, 2019 Updated by kjakhar Sir, I have send this below complaint again by mail to [protected]@amazon.in But amazon side no reply. Respected Sir, I had made a complaint note to you three times on 10 may 15 May and May18, 2019. whenVivo V15 Pro was defective, but you did not return to my mobile in time .Sir mistake is on your platform and not on the platform of vivo service centre. Because the return window was closed on May 20. But the problem in the phone came only on May 10. So let my phone return to you. You have denied me the benefit of the return window. But after May 20, I definitely went to the Vivo Service Centre. Why didn't you return my phone while open of the return window?
