Amazon India — Order not delivered and false comments by the courier guy and customer care supervisor kept me on hold for one hour | |||||
Hi I really had a bad experience with amazon customer care and amazon transport courier guys. I have been following up from three days about the status of my order and i was assured that the product will be delivered but when i check the online status i see false comments in the order status that the customer was not avaliable but i was at home, even my parents were at home. I emailed customer support for three days everytime i saw the false update on the status but no change. I even called customer support twice and everytime they kept me hold for one hour and nobody came back on the call until i disconnected the call. It was a bad, pathetic experience. Please let me know what is the process for customer forum. I want to file a case at consumer forum to take this seriously. Amazon has lost the creditibity with all the ruppes they earn.
