I have ordered
Anchor universal multi plug adaptor with indicator - pack of 2 with order id order #[protected]. The order is been marked as delivered on 2nd of november 2019 but they didn't deliver it. When i called customer care they told they will contact the seller and initiate refund but they didn't. Again this product was showing delivered on 5th november 2019. When i contacted the amazon customer care team, i received the same replay that they will contact the seller and it will take 2 days. After that only they can issue the refund.
I have no ways to track this order as they already marked it as delivered 7 days back (2-nov-2019) and also they are not ready to give me refund as well.
Please help.
