[Resolved]  Amazon India — pick up never done for return

Ive submitted a return 1.5 months back and i’ve been contacting back and forth but it wasnt even getting picked up. I was told multiple times by their representatives that request have been submitted but it was not. Also, they have no record to check if someone refused the return or was it just their delivery guy’s fault. They blame it on you and then lie lie when it comes to giving resolution. For my other product they delivered it to someone else and marked it delivered without authentication. I did not even get my product and unfortunately i prepaid it

We have perused the complaint received from Ms. Annie ("Complainant").

We find that we are unable to redress the complaint since the complaint does not contain any order ID, registered email address or registered mobile number.

You are requested and required to provide us with the correct order ID as found on the tax invoice issued by the independent third party seller or in the alternate provide us with the mobile number and email address used at the time of inception of the amazon.in account.

We shall hold your complaint in abeyance till we hear from you with the above particulars and shall appreciate an early revert.

Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.

The above cited reference number may be quoted in the reply.
