On 19th October, 2023 I received a SMS about the Auto renewal of Amazon Prime Membership subscription stating that on 22nd October, 2023 the subscription would be renewed, i cancelled the subscription after receiving the SMS on 19th October, 2023 but I was charged Rs 1499, the auto renewal date was on 22nd October but money was deducted on 19th October from my credit card, and even after cancelling the membership no money was refunded.
Even after contacting the Customer services several times, I was only told that they don't have a Transaction ID for the payment and hence they cannot refund the money back.
Till now i did not receive any money back nor do i have my Prime Subscription active.
The last transaction shown in Amazon is on 22nd October, 2022 which was made by myself last year, but no information about the auto deducted Rs 1499 is stated there. The Transaction that was made last year is also attached.
