I am one of the loyal customer of amazon india. My past relationship with amazon was very good untill i ordered my last item. I ordered moto G5S Plus from amazon and got delivered on 19th feb 2018 with exchange of my previous mobile. But unfortunately that mobile was defected and i noticed the same to amazon customer service center on 20th. As per the policy, Amazon need to perform technician visit to check the defect which took almost a week in my case and as i had given my previous mobile on exchange, i didn't have any handset to perform my professional and personal work, so i brought another handset meanwhile.
Now, as amazon technician approved that my mobile is faulty, i want the refund for the same. However, customer service person has been forcing me for the replacement of the device .
I can not receive another handset now as i have already brought another handset as i could not hamper my work for one week. Please understand my situation. I belong to middle class family and money matter a lot to me. I trust amazon policy and customer centric approach that's why i took such step of buying new handset by keeping hope of refund for defected peice i received .
Please look into this matter. I need a refund of my defected handset instead of replacement.
